At Middelfart Marina you will find Hotel Melfarhus – a modern, reception-free hotel with comfortable rooms and easy digital self-service. The building has solar cells and a sedum roof and is built with DGNB Gold certification as its goal. The certification has not yet been achieved.
The 53 stylish rooms accommodate both families and guests with special needs. Enjoy a delicious breakfast buffet, free coffee and tea, and free parking – and charge your electric car at one of our 10 charging stations.

Hotel Melfarhus is a new reception- and staff-free hotel in scenic surroundings at the marina in Middelfart, and where there is room for the whole family.
Goals for DGNB GOLD Certification
The hotel building is being built with the aim of achieving DGNB Gold certification. The certification has not yet been achieved. DGNB Gold is a certification that exists within sustainable construction and urban development.
The certification is one of the most recognized international certifications in the field. Hotel Melfarhus has a big green focus, which is why we have solar cells and sedum on the roofs.
Room types
The hotel has a total of 53 rooms.
42 double rooms, 5 rooms for up to 3 people and 6 large family rooms with kitchenette and space for up to 6 people. The hotel has an elevator and also offers rooms for disabled people. There are also selected rooms where you are allowed to bring your dog for an additional fee.
Booking and payment
Booking rooms, breakfast etc., payment, check-in and check-out all take place on our modern digital platform.

Our lovely breakfast buffet can be purchased when booking the room .
The breakfast buffet consists of homemade bread and rolls, several different types of cold cuts, fruit, sweets, scrambled eggs, sausages, yogurt, oatmeal, cornflakes and much more.
You will find the breakfast buffet on the 1st floor of the hotel.
HCP-friendly hotel
We also offer disabled-friendly rooms, both double rooms and family rooms with space for up to 6 people.

While you sleep soundly and peacefully, you can charge your electric car at one of our 10 charging points.
